Description
For BeoLab 18 with wooden front covers placed in environments with changing humidity and temperature such as living in areas where air conditioning is needed, it can be necessary to re-oil the wooden front cover to bring back the glow in the wood.
To obtain the best finish, use a thin wood oil for indoor use only.
Oils with a long drying time are in general easier to handle and give the best result.
Some oils containing hardener can become sticky when hardening. This will be a problem when dust is moving in an out between the lamellas when the speaker is used.
