Back in 2012, we launched our Net TV service (also known as “Smart TV”), which since then has been incorporated in the following products:

Over the past years, we have seen a consistent decline in the number of Net TV service users, which is a natural consequence of the TV content provider apps being obsolete.
Balancing the maintenance of a such platform with a declining number of users has become increasingly challenging. Therefore, we have reached a point where the effort required to sustain the Net TV service platform outweighs its practical benefits.
As a result, we have decided to discontinue the Net TV service as from 31st October 2024.
For alternative TV content apps or Smart TV solutions, we recommend connecting an external device, e.g. set-top box, to your TV. In many cases, it can be controlled with Beoremote One via the PUC functionality.
